Activity Reunion Planning
Location TBD, look for a volunteer to assist in Reserving the location, maybe a Ramada at Sanguinetti Park (will also need a liquor license). This can be reserved with Parks and Rec at City Hall. Should also set up a tour of Kofa from that location. Maybe plan after party location.

Location We are still in preliminary planning. Depending on Football schedules and space availability, we are targeting weekend of Oct 9th. We will update this event as we get more info...but we wanted to start generating an interest list to guage how many people are likely to attend. Location TBD Various locations are still being scouted. We are looking to have a mixer, following Friday nights Homecoming game (suitable choice is Crazy Earls Bar in the Foothills). Saturday night, We are looking into several hotel banquet areas (near the Yuma Palms), as well as a residential area that will be marked off for the use of a large tent. If the tent is used, it can serve a few hundred patrons. We are currently looking into different food companies for the event. I am looking into various forms of entertainment (DJ's & a live band). We are also looking into partnership possibilities wth local companies, ie: Budweiser, Miller, Coke, Kalil..., etc. Sunday day, we are looking into a possible beach day, down at the Yuma park (as well as an alternate side due to possible weather conditions).
