Additional details Hello Class of 98!Hope you're all doing well. We have secured our reunion location and all the plans are in motion!!! Details are: Sat, February 21, 20096pm-11pm Hilton Pivot Point Conference Center200 N. MadisonYuma, AZ 85364 Cost is $40 per person/Admission Ticket will be: Wells Fargo Deposit slip (KEEP YOUR RECEIPT)This cost includes facility rental, bar set-up, dinner/dessert, soda, tea, coffee, DJ and memento. Dinner is a roasted chicken, vegetables, salad, rolls, fruit and dessert. Dates are welcome. An account has been set up at Wells Fargo. ACCOUNT NUMBER IS: 6299507647, it is under Shannon Benjamin-Yuma High Class of 1998. Please make the deposit ASAP. Us, as a group, do not have the money to front this celebration, so in order to make deposits and hold the reservations, DJ, etc, we need money up front. A running tally will be kept of all purchases and could be made available at any time; if requested. You must make your deposit to the account by 1/21/2009. We are on a strict deadline with the deposits and will have to have all the money accounted for by then. Again, the sooner the better; so please make the deposit as soon as possible. Once you have made the deposit, PLEASE email yhsclass1998@yahoo.com to confirm your reservation and let us know how many people will be attending and their names. Because of the Class depending on all deposits and planning accordingly, refunds will not be given. We are shooting for 60 people. If for any reason, we do not have the needed participation from our fellow classmates, we do have a couple back-up plans ready. Regardless, a reunion will be held Sat, February 21, 2009. Already the response has been great and we are optimistic that we will exceed 60 people. Please pass the word around to those you keep in touch with.
