Additional details Sorry for the short notice, but I forgot about using the alumni website until today.

We are having a band reunion/tailgate party for the classes of 1986-1990, "in conjunction" with the annual LHIS fundraising tailgate event.

From what I've been told it's BiG and FuN. They will have tables/chairs and food/drinks already prepared! We can easily visit with each other, and then go on into the game.

Here's the lowdown on it:

Cost: $6/person at the party (since this is a fundraiser for the LHIS PTO, game admission is separate)
Time: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (CST)
Food: hot dog or hamburger with chips and drink
Events: games and tattoos (fake, not real) for the kiddos
Teams: LH vs. Texarkana
LHHS Band Classes: '86-'90
Meeting time: 4:00 p.m.
Meeting location: In front of double glass doors of gym
Kickoff time: 7:00 p.m. (CST)

I've been told the line can be long, so you'll want to arrive early, but if we all meet at the same time we can stand in line together and visit.

If you don't want to purchase a ticket to the LHIS tailgate party, still show up and reconnect with everyone!

We will also have the opportunity to meet the LHHS Powerband at 5:40 p.m. and listen to them rehearse.

Try to wear something with maroon and gold to show our team spirit and bring all your fond memories of our band family to share.

I'm so excited about this and look forward to seeing everyone possible.

DATES: Friday & Saturday, June 20-21, 2008

TIME: Friday, 7:00 until...
Saturday (day), 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Saturday (night), 6:30 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.

COST: $50.00/person, $80.00/couple by April 1st; $60.00/person, $100.00/couple after April 1st. (Please note: the cost includes dinner, beverages, facilities rental, DJ, supplies, etc.) **No registration or money will be taken on either Friday or Saturday. Please include who you will be bringing.

Registration deadlines: Early-bird registrations and money due by April 1st; all final registrations and money due by June 1st.

DRESS: Friday night and Saturday - casual; Saturday night casual or Hawaiian themed (get out those tropical shirts)

THEME: Luau

Friday night will be a casual meet and greet at HAWG's Pizza where attendees can order off the menu, but are responsible for the cost of what they order.

Saturday will be a family picnic and get together at Pavilion on the Point, located on Hwy. 7S. Attendees are responsible for their own food (you can bring picnic lunches). There are spots to tie up boats and an area for kids and grown-ups to play games. Please note: there is not a large area for swimming.

Saturday night will be a luau-themed-catered buffet dinner at Pavilion on the Point with music, fun and a time to reflect back.

Location Lake Hamilton High School Class of 1987 is having a 20-year reunion October 26th and 27th. Plan on meeting at the LH football game on Friday night.
