Class of 1999 Reunion Ten years since we left Southside High and went our separate ways. Now it is time to get together and celebrate lasting friendships and forgotten memories. Please join your friends for a weekend of fun. Date: Friday August 14, 2009 Time: 7:00-9:00 p.m. Location: Josie�s Steakhouse - Meet and Greet: Nothing fancy just hanging out on the porch. Appetizers will be served, but please be prepared to provide for your own refreshments. Date: Saturday August 15, 2009 Time: 11:00-1:00 Location: Eagle Mountain Golf Course Pool (perfect for young children; pool dept very shallow in places) - FAMILY DAY - Instead of sweating out the heat at the city park we have decided to have it at the pool instead. Refreshments and snacks will be provided. There is a $5 cover per person (If there is money left over from the food fund then this is where the remainder will go, but for now each person will be responsible for them and their family) Date: Saturday August 15, 2009 Time: 7:00-???? Location: Two Moons Rising Country Inn, Judsonia, AR - Susan and Tommy Conder (Tressa Lumpkin�s mom and step-dad) have graciously provided us with a great place to get together for a cookout and possibly a DJ (if anyone knows one around Batesville please contact me �) Be sure to thank them for their free place to party!! - Please bring your own alcoholic refreshments if you want, but also keep in mind this house if approximately 15 miles from Batesville and it is your responsibility to have a DD. The owners have the right to take the keys from anyone they feel has had too much. - There is no need to bring anything to eat unless you have a special preference. The food for the evening will be your basic BBQ; ribs, hamburgers, chicken, potato salad, etc. We will also have dessert and plenty of non-alcoholic refreshments. - I will need a couple of people to volunteer to grill the food so if anyone thinks they have the skills please come a little early to get the grill started. � Well, I guess that is all for now. I am attaching a map of how to get to Two Moons Rising as well as my contact information. I am trying to contact most of you by internet so that we can save money on stamps. Oh, yeah MONEY� I would like to keep the fees to $20.00 per Southside graduate. Of course I am going to have to see how many people respond to this letter and how many people they are bringing, but for now I think $20.00 should cover the food for the cookout and the appetizers for Josie�s on Friday night. I will send out another letter next month with an update on the number of people and if our budget will hold. I hope that I can get in touch with everyone from our class. We are all very busy this time of year and believe me this job is very time consuming. So if anyone can pass this along to a fellow graduate of Southside please do so. I am also in Batesville for a couple of days so I am trying to get in touch with some of your parents or relatives for your information.
