CLASS REUNION INFO

ATTENTION ALL TROJANS CLASS OF 1999!!

The votes are in!

According to the majority vote, our class decided that $100-150 would be an acceptable amount to pay for our class festivities. Unfortunately that fell short of the amount that would be necessary to go on an "acceptable" cruise. (Some people suggested a cruise to me as well). In saying so, our class committee has come up with tentative dates for our renuion. The dates are July 16-18, 2009.

July 16th- Mixer (venue TBA), July 17- Barbeque/Cookout (TBA) and July 18th (Formal Dinner/Banquet).

The prices for the reunion is $150 per person and * $250 per couple

* The "per couple" means coverage for yourself $150 and spouse/significant other $100. To keep the pricing reasonable, kids will be free for the festivites (The barbeque). The banquet on the 18th is an ADULT ONLY reception and will be and invite only/rsvp'ed event. Kids WILL NOT be allowed for this event.

Also, a bank account will be set up for your money and reciepts will be issued. In an event that the VENUE OR EVENT has cancelled with us, your full refund will be returned in a prompt manner minus the mailing cost (stamps, etc.). There will be NO REFUNDS if you change your mind about coming. It will be your choice to come to one event or all of the events but the pricing remains the same. If you have paid the deposit, the money may have already gone towards booking the venue.

The DUE DATES are as follows:

1ST DEPOSIT of $75 is due on JANUARY 31, 2009.

2ND DEPOSIT and FULL FINAL payment due on MAY 1ST, 2009.

We will not be accepting any monies after these deadlines, due to the fact that things have to be booked and paid by certain time frames.

Your contacts for MONEY and RECEIPTS will be TAMARA CAMPBELL and MIMI PARKS. They will be responsible for the account, the receipts, and keeping track of the money involved. I will be giving you more information once our class bank account has been set up. I just wanted everyone to know that the processing of our reunion has begun and we really need your cooperation to make it a success.
