Additional details Join us in the parade starting at 3:00 PM down Market Street to 5th street to Ferry Street. Then at 7:00 PM, bring a lawn chair and join all alumni in the end zone during the game. On Saturday there will be a reception at 7:00 PM at Willy Jak's (formerly Fast Eddie's) at 323 Ferry Street.

Additional details Please note the date for Homecoming has been changed from Oct. 10th to Oct. 3, 2008. Several classes are setting up tents in the end zone of the football field for tailgating and mingling prior to and during the homecoming game. Also, an informal get together is planned for the following evening at Willy Jak's restaurant. Prior to the game on Friday, every class is being asked to have a truck or float in the parade and bring candy to throw. The parade starts at 3:00 on upper market St.

This is a second chance for us to get together following our reunion in July. Hope to see many of you in October.

Location Parade is at 3pm Downtown Metropolis Football Game and Alumni Gathering is at 7pm at Massac County High School Football Field in the End Zone

Additional details Each Class will have a truck in the parade. Bring a bag of candy with you to throw to the crowd. Classmates (and their kids for those who want to bring them to the parade) will walk behind the truck throwing candy.

Each Classmate will need to bring their own lawnchairs to the game if they want to sit. We will have tents set up with sign-in sheets for people to update their information.

Additional details The reunion schedule of events is listed below:

Friday, October 19th at 3:00pm Homecoming Parade
We will have a truck and float in the parade. We would like as many people as we can get to be in the parade and throw candy. We would also like assistance in decorating the truck and float. Let me know if you can assist in decorating and I will let you know the time and place that will be happening.

Friday, October 19th at 7:00pm Homecoming Football Game
We will meet at the high school with our lawn chairs. We will sit behind the end zone so we don’t take up room in the bleachers since it’s Homecoming. We will have a tent set up behind the end zone so you won't miss us. If for some reason that plan changes because of the Homecoming activities of the evening won't allow it, we will be in the bleachers.

Sat., October 20th at 12:00pm
Picnic at Dorothy Miller Park
We will meet at the park to give a chance for the kids to play together and share some family time. Bring your own lawn chairs and sack lunches. The encampment is going on at Ft. Massac all day Saturday and Sunday for those who want to attend.

Sun., October 21st at 9:30am
Church Service at Heartland Worship Center
Nathan Joyce starts as Senior Pastor at Heartland Worship Center in Paducah on the 14th of October. This will be his second Sunday with that church, and several classmates want to attend the service over there Sunday morning to support a fellow member of the Class of 1992.

We look forward to seeing you there at the events. Please let me know if you will be able to attend and which events you will be attending. Also, please pass this information along to anyone else you are in touch with from our class.
