Additional details Hello FKHS Classmates! The Fort Knox High School Multi-Year/Class Reunion 2009 is scheduled for Friday, June 12 %uFFFD Sunday, June 14, 2009. Invited are classmates who attended in class years 1970 - 1976. The reunion will include a Friday night reception, a Saturday FKHS school site visit, a Dinner/Dance on Saturday evening, and tentatively, a Sunday Brunch at the main hotel. As we fill in the agenda for the weekend and determine the final cost for the reunion package, we will update you. Please forward this email to your Ft. Knox friends to ensure they save the date and make their reservations as well.


You must notify the committee by email that you will be attending and if you are bringing a significant other. Understand that reservations are limited to graduates/attendees and their significant others (we want as many former classmates as possible to attend). It is necessary to follow-up by sending the committee a $50.00 non-refundable check (per person) made payable to "2009 FKHS Reunion." This check, which will be applied to the final participation cost for the reunion activities, will hold your reservation, and ensure your space (first-come basis) for the Friday night reception and Saturday dinner ONLY. Details of final cost will be sent as we know how many wish to participate. Please mail your reservation check (no later than January 30, 2009) to:

REUNION DETAILS

1. The main venue for the reunion is the Holiday Inn Express, 107 Buffalo Creek Drive, Elizabethtown, KY 42701 - (1-270-769-1334)

a. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations, whether it is at the Holiday Inn Express or lodging of your own choosing.
b. A block of rooms has been set aside at the Holiday Inn Express for the event, so please be sure you mention you are attending the FKHS Reunion.
c. The hotel costs will be the responsibility of each individual. Any deposit you make for the hotel reservation is separate from the deposit you will make to reserve your place for the Friday night Meet%uFFFDn-Greet, the Saturday night Dinner/Dance, and other activity fees.
d. Ask your hotel for their cancellation policy. The hotel reservation is a contract between you and the hotel and not with the reunion committee.
