Additional details Since Spring Meadows only had 2 Saturday dates still available for next summer, I went ahead and booked.

I do not want to step on anyone's toes, and if someone wants to take this info and run with with, that would be fine with me!

I know from experience, that time is of the essence and we must do stuff now.

The cost has not been determined yet but it will be appetizers & cash bar. (sorry, no sit down meal--too expensive upfront and to coordinate, and it was expressed over the years that people want cheaper options--)

We can hook an Ipod into their sound system so we do not have to hire a DJ. Anybody want to coordinate that? I have no clue about Ipods.

FInding people/mailing invites has always been our biggest challenge and most expensive. (People simply do not understand that that expense has to be beared by all and factored into the evening's ticket price.)

I think we should do everything on this site, by e-mail or word or mouth....other ideas??

Again, I am not trying to step on anyone's toes, I am just getting the ball rolling, it is our 25th Reunion and many of us live out of state and must coordinate our plans.

If you or anyone else would like to finish the arrangements, I would delighted to hand them over :)

Additional details Join classmates and friends as we celebrate 15 years since we graduated from GNG! Party will be held in the private upstairs room and we'll have heavy appetizers and a cash bar.

Event is casual and guests are welcome. Hope to see you there! Live music downstairs will start at 10:00pm.

$15 per person - payment and RSVP is needed by November 8th. Please note that we do need numbers and payment in advance in order to pay the bar the day of the event.
