I am looking to get a count on who would like to attend our 20 Year Class Reunion. I am thinking sometime in July or August 2009. I would like people to let me know if they would rather have a:
1. Semi-formal nighttime event
2. Casual daytime event with families
3. Both
I will try to keep it under $200.00 per couple or family no matter what is decided.
I will also need to know if I should block out rooms at a hotel for people coming in from out of town. This will be at a separate cost to you and direct with the hotel. I hope at a cheaper rate.
I would like to have something booked by November 2008 but if I do not get at least 40% positive response back, I will not continue.
I need you to email me if you are interested in attending.
