In an effort to go "green" we've decided to try to send out as few paper invitations as possible. To help us do that (SAVE THE TREES) we'll be sending Evite invitations out to everyone we can. Additional details Just a reminder that our 10 year class reunion will be held on Friday, August 18th at 7:00. It will be at the Marriot City Center. You can register on-line at www.minnesotareunions.com or you can complete your registration form by hand and mail it to Reunion Organizers of Minnesota, PO Box 41128, Minneapolis, MN 55441. TIckets will not be mailed to you prior to the reunion. Your name will be on a reservation list at the door. You can still buy tickets at the door, but you will be charged an additional fee and will also have to pay with cash only. The company we're working with found the whereabouts of most of our classmates; however, they were not able to locate everyone. If you know of someone who did not receive an invitation, I believe they can still register on-line. We want to spread the word as much as possible so that everyone from our class knows they are welcome to attend.

It will be a fun night, so encourage everyone you know to attend. They will be serving a wide array of hors d' oeuvres, and a cash bar will be available. We've also hired a D.J. to provide some musical entertainment and dancing throughout the night.

If you want to make it a night on the town and hit some downtown bars after the reunion, you can reserve a room at the Marriot. A block of rooms have been reserved. You can call 1-800-228-9290. Be sure to tell them you are with the Apple Valley Class of 1996.

Molly (Serr) Braun here. For a while I\'ve been very interested in helping to organize a class reunion. It\'ll be twenty years next summer. Don\'t know if someone has already started putting something together. Would love to hear if someone has initiated something. If not, would really like to hear from those of you who\'d like to be a part of planning and organizing a big ol\' get-together. Definitely can\'t do it by myself and would need an adequate number of folks to make it happen. Please let me know if you\'re interested. Also, let others from our class know about my thoughts. I have lots of ideas and think we could make it fun and unique. I think this would especially work well if we have a variety of people planning this - not just people I knew well during high school. All are welcome!
