As of today, Monday 8/23/10 we have put down deposits to secure our event. We still have plenty of rooms available in our block that can either be reserved in advance by calling 816-471-3451 or reserved at the desk on both Friday and Saturday nights. Please mention Tonka Class of 75 to secure our rates. As of now the Hospitality Room will be available both Friday and Saturday nights.The room number is 164 but is subject to change until Friday afternoon so please verify at the front desk. We suggest those of you coming to please donate snacks, munchies, cheese, crackers, maybe pastries for those who will be there Sat. and Sun. morning, etc.. I will provide coffee for both mornings. We will have a sign in sheet in the Hospitality room both nights until we go down to the bar, then we'll take it with us. Saturday night we will have a table decorated in the bar. Please locate a committee member, pay your $15.00 per person and receive your name tag. The $15.00 will be payable for either Friday night, Saturday night or both. Only pay once for both nights. We have committee members who have fronted the funds to make this event happen for everyone and we need to make sure they are re-reimbursed. We are requesting that anyone who has the capability to make any signs, posters, banners, etc. please do so and either drop them off with a committee member or at the front desk. My compuuter is way too old to accomplish this. Thank you! We look forward to seeing each and every one of you this weekend and hope that you have a great time.
