Activity Warriors And Freinds Summer of 2009 B-B-Q
Location It's time to for all of us to Eat, Drink and Be Merry at a Summertime B-B-Q. The consesus with everyone is to pick a park with things to do for the kids, big picnic area, and fields for Volleyball, football,ect. I'm currently working with a couple of different parks, and the one that can give me the best deal, will be blessed with our attendance. I just wanted to get the date out to everyone, and a general idea of who will be attending. I think the best way of doing this is everyone brings their own food and drinks. Between all of us, I'm sure we all have sports items at home that we can bring to ocuppy everyones time. Once I get the RSVP's, I will make up a "Needs" list, and we can see who can bring what. Then we can take up a collection at the B-B-Q to cover costs (propane, ect). I would say we had about 50-60 people at the "Non-Reunion" in November, lets double the numbers. Please RSVP by May 1st, 2009. Hope to hear from everyone soon. Hope to see everyone even sooner.
