| Activity | 20 Year Reunion - A Night to Remember |
| Location | Your reunion committee is hard at work planning our 20 year reunion to make it a night none of us forget. So SAVE THE DATE!!! APRIL 17, 2010 The event will be held at the Renaissance at the Marriott in Woodbridge, NJ The party will begin at 7pm and go to midnight. The first hour of the party will be our mini cocktail hour where cheese and fruit platters along with lots of alcohol!! The party will continue with a buffet and followed by desserts. The last hour of the event will be a cash bar. We are trying to keep the price down so that is why we are going this way. You can bring a guest! $80pp which will cover the 5-hour event, the DJ, decorations and everything else we have planned. Box 205 Greenvillage, NJ 07935-0205 You can pay via paypal but the price will be $83 pp due to fees charged by Pay Pal Pay Pal Account: theresaben@comcast.net We need to receive payment by January 10th so that if by some chance we do not reach the minimum guarantee, the reunion committee won't be stuck with paying the balance on the contract. We know that it is 90 days prior to the reunion but please understand all venues have contracts and it stipulates in the contract we can only cancel 90-days prior to the event not to be liable for the balance. If we don't make the minimum number - your money will be refunded. We are a class of over 475 so we hope we get way over the 150! For any of the alumni who are coming from out of town or those of us who want to drink and have lots of fun .....the hotel is blocking out rooms for us. The price for the night will be $109. You can also ask for AAA discount. If anyone has any questions please feel free to let us know and we will get back to you as quickly as possible :-) Once payment is received we will send you the invitation as well as directions and info tneeded to create our reunion booklet.
