To keep cost to a minimum we came up with, what we think, is a pretty reasonable weekend. We're really looking forward to seeing everyone. It has been a long and eventful 10 years and there is a lot of catching up to do!! *Friday � Night* "Come if You Wish" Night at Dino's Bar � For those that haven't been back to Binghamton in a while, this was Tego's and then Spike's. Currently Jordan Patch owns the bar and is doing quite well. D...ino's will be a cash bar. We will be asking Jordan to do drink specials for us to cut some of the cost. * * * * * * * * * * * *Saturday � Day* SV Football Game followed by a Family BBQ at Schnurbush Park � Please bring a dish to pass to the BBQ. At this point we have not come up with if the BBQ will cost anyone anything. We're hoping that enough people will sign up for food to bring that we won't need to do that! * * * * * * * * * * * *Saturday � Night* In an attempt to get a bigger showing, we've decided to switch things up for the reunion main event a little bit. Saturday night we will have the main area of the bar/restaurant and the option to move in to the banquet room for our own private party later in the evening. We're planning on doing some appetizer platters and a cash bar, though Mad Moose has offered us all a round of Shark Attack Shooters on the house. The event will take place from 8 � 11ish, though the bar will stay open until 1am. After 11pm, the event can then continue there or conveniently move to another bar/venue downtown, since its within walking distance from the main strip. Based on the number of people that can attend, there will be a $5 - $10 contribution that we'd appreciate everyone to throw in on to cover the cost of the appetizers, etc. (More details to come on the exact amount, once we have all RSVPs in.) So, for old times sake, let's all get together and celebrate the 10 years since we've left good old SV! Looking forward to seeing you all! Dear SV Classmate - We now have over 80 people coming to the class reunion, and more responses coming in every day. We now need to collect money and get information to everyone on what the final plans are: 1) Send your check made out to "SV Class of 80 Reunion". Mail it to Kevin Kane, 2911 Hance Road, Binghamton, NY 13903. We need the payments asap..and would like them all in by June 20th. Cost is $39 per person for the clambake ages 12 and over. Under 12 is half price and under 5 is free. This includes all the clams, shrimp, steak, shrimp, beer, wine, soda, etc, you can consume. 3) There will be an icebreaker party Friday night at Thirsty's from 8:00 on. Just show up at the door. 4) There is still time for people to be added to the list of attendees, so please talk to any classmates you know and ask them to send in their checks and plan on coming. There have been 4 or 5 people doing all the work on this, so we can still use help tracking down people.
