Location The Ice-Breaker - A night to break the ice - at Torches on the waterfront of Newburgh, NY. For those of you who haven't been to Newburgh in a while (say like 20 years), you'll be impressed by the major renovations that have taken place. Don't miss it. If you can't be there at 8 PM, that's o.k, just be sure to be there! It's a pay-your-own-way evening and if you arrive before 10PM there is no cover charge.

An evening of mingling and munching with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails at The Otterkill Country Club. A day of family fun at Hilmar Lodge. All are welcome to join the BBQ (including hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken, salads, watermelon, soda and water). Jay Bird Productions will be there (from 1-5PM) to rock us with our favorite tunes, and they'll be bringing along a jumping-playhouse for the kids (you can't beat that!!) and for those who know Hilmar, you know you can always add swimming to list of activities for the day.
Payment must be received before May 30, 2007 ($25 per adult and $12.50 per child).
