Hello, Class of 1970! Please mark your calendars for our 40th reunion which has been planned for July 24, 5 pm, at The Homestead Restaurant in Timberlake, North Carolina. We are planning a great evening of fellowship and fun. Our class is also supporting Relay for Life, May 14, 6 pm - May 15, 12 noon, at the J F Webb High School Track Field. We have lost several of our classmates to cancer and also have classmates who are survivors or have family members battling this dreaded disease. Everyone knows someone affected by cancer and it is so important to support the American Cancer Society Relay for Life so a cure can be found in our lifetime. We invite all classmates to join in the fight by attending Relay for Life on May 14th. If you are unable to attend, please consider making a donation to this great cause. You may send your contributions to Wanda Braswell McGee (cancer survivor), 1858 Flat Woods Road, Timberlake, NC 27583. We look forward to a wonderful evening with friends and fellow classmates.
