Activity THS Class of 1997 Reunion Weekend (1st Ever)
Location Hey Mountaineers! Here are the official plans for our very first Class Reunion. It will be a two day event weekend. You are invited to both events, but if you can only make one that is great too. I am asking that all those planning to attend the event RSVP by June 30th and mail a deposit of $50.00 by July 31st. Remaining balance must be paid by September 15th. I am going to set up an account for this event that all money will circulate through just to keep everything clear and separate. Here are the particulars about the weekend. WHEN: Friday, October 22nd and Saturday, October 23rd, 2010 WHAT and WHERE: Friday Night Football Tailgating at CE Weatherby Stadium; Saturday Night Cocktail Party and Dinner at Waynesville Country Club Inn and Spa. TIMES: Friday Night Tailgate starts at 5:00 pm; Kick-off at 7:30 pm Saturday Night Dinner and Cocktails begins at 6:00 and lasts until 10:00pm. Entire weekend cost is $100.00 per couple. This price includes all food, non-alcoholic beverages, and events as well as favors to take home from the weekend. If you plan to only attend the Tailgate and Football game (Family Friendly Event), the cost is $30.00. This includes 2 Football Game Tickets, Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages at the Tailgate party, and party favors. If you plan to only attend the Saturday Night (Adults Only) Event at Waynesville Country Club, the cost is $70.00 per couple, or $40.00 per single. At this time, checks can be made payable to Rebecca Ensley, and on the Memo Line please write in Class Reunion and indicate your RSVP. Also, if you are a vegetarian or have other dietary needs, please send a note indicating that as well. Mail ALL payments for the weekend to: Rebecca Ensley 110 Ferguson Road Sylva, NC 28779 All payments are refundable until September 15, 2010. After September 15, 2010, only Friday Night event cost is refundable. If you plan to bring more than yourself and another person with you to the football game on Friday night, you will need to give me a number so that I can add them to the ticket request list. An additional cost of $7.00 will be charged for each extra football ticket. If you have questions regarding the event, please don't hesitate to contact me at rebeccadensley@yahoo.com. Additional details The cost of the weekend does include a t-shirt and a cup as favors. You can choose between a long or short sleeve shirt. I will need your shirt size and preference of sleeve by August 31st so that I can confirm the order. You can get a shirt and cup even if you are not attending the Friday night Football Tailgating.
