Believe it or not the 50th year reunion (does that make it a "golden" reunion) will be in the fall of 2011. Your reunion committee headed by Kurtis Olt with Dan Mendenhall, John Sharp, Lynn Gilbert, Robert Neubrand, Dick Simon, Mary Jo Kubelius, Melvin Yearick, Steve Koogler, Karen Kaufman, and Larry Crawford have been diligently working and planning the event. The hardest part of planning and accomplishing this reunion task is trying to locate and contact the classmates of 1961.

Additional details Beavercreek High School class of 1999 will be having it's 10 year reunion this year! The big event is Saturday, October 17, 2009 in the ballroom of the HOliday Inn (Dayton/Fairborn) on 2800 Presidential Drive by WSU. The party begins at 6:30 pm, with dinner being served at 7:30 pm, and continuing until midnight. There will be a cash bar, music, dancing, a slideshow featuring our alumni faces, and hopefully some door prizes as well. (We're still working out some of the details). Alumni can also gather for a football game Friday night, October 16, 2009 to watch the Beavers take on Xenia. Alumni seating will be reserved. Then, on Sunday, October 18, 2009, there will be a family oriented picnic (kids welcome) at Rotary Park. Details for this even are still being ironed out, but it will be a Bring Your Own Food/Beverage event.
It will be a great reunion weekend, and we hope to see you all there. Please pass this group on to other alumni to be sure everyone is aware!
