Where: Welcome Baptist Church, Anderson Road across from Carolina High School
When: Saturday, May 21, 2011 - 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Event Description: Family atmosphere where CHS graduates can talk, catch up, and more. There will be a BBQ Luncheon catered by Mutt's BBQ (Greer, SC). There will not be any loud music to talk over. Photography will be offered by 1977 CHS graduate Roger Kelly. Security will be provided by the Greenville County Sheriff's Department.
Event Fee: ALL persons who arrive on the Welcome Baptist property for this event are REQUIRED to either pre-pay for the event or pay at the door. NO EXCEPTIONS. The fee for each CHS graduate is $17 in advance, paid by May 10, 2011 (postmarked) and $12.00 for spouses/significant others/children. The fee May 11 and beyond is $25.00 per person, cash only at the door - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please help us by pre-paying for this event !!
Refunds: No refunds on pre-payments after May 10, 2011. No refunds on any payments May 11 and beyond.

NOTE: Your pre-payment check should be accompanied by the identification of the CHS grad, graduating year, and the names of that graduate's guest.

PART TWO

Where: Chief's at 723 Congaree Road, Greenville, SC (between Roper Mountain Road and Haywood Mall)
When: Saturday, May 21, 2011 - 7:00 p.m. - Until
Event Description: Live Band: The Ricky Godfrey Band. All menu and drink items are available at the restaurant.

Event Fee: The cost is $20.00 per person if you pay prior to May 10, 2011, otherwise, there will be a charge of $30.00 per person at the door. No exceptions!!! Cash, Checks, Money Orders or cashiers Checks are accepted. The price includes the Cover Charge, Entertainment of the Rickey Godfrey Band, all you can eat Buffet Bar and your First Drink which will be a Jello shot.

Everyone needs to write their checks, money orders or cashiers checks payable to Vicki McAlister-Pearlman. Vicki will then deposit the fees in the account, write a receipt, and will place name/names on the roster as being paid.

Everyone needs to send with their money, the names of the people or friends they are paying for. Everyone who has paid will receive a wrist band on arrival at the Reunion. Graduates will have a different Color wrist Band than the friends, family members, Etc. All others will receive their wrist band at the door when they pay. Vicki will have people who will monitor the doors and issue the wrist bands.

Tell the Door men you are with the Reunion and you will not pay the cover charge. There will be someone there making pictures and a video of the event if you are interested.

Refunds: No refunds for pre-paid fees after May 1st. No refunds of any kind May 2, 2011 or beyond.

ALL participants are asked to drink responsibly and designate a driver as necessary. Taxi Services and nearby hotels are available if needed.


The CHS Reunion Committee is NOT responsible for any matters that occur prior to, during, or after either of these events.
