There will be three meal choices available: All meals include a choice of soup or salad. Meal choice #1 -16 oz. beef sirloin with a brandy mushroom sauce served with Texas toast, vegetable side, and potato choice (baked potato or Parisian potato.) Meal choice #2 - Walleye (choice of broiled with lemon pepper or beer battered) with a dinner roll, vegetable side, and potato choice (baked potato or Parisian potato.) Meal choice #3 Grilled chicken carbonara with a nutmeg cream sauce including caramelized onions and bacon over penne pasta.
