Price per person is $86, appetizers, dinner, dance -- CLASS OF 1971 go there now to officially RSVP and purchase tickets - you have until April 10th priority - after that classes of 1969, 70 and 72 will be able to purchase tickets -- we have around 115 now who have RSVP'd and many who have paid -

We also need help finding 400+ classmates from our year for whom we don't have contact info.

Activity Cocktail Party/Reunion Reservations
Location Location & Time to be determined - Cocktail Party will be held at undetermined location on Friday, Sept. 18, 2009. Specifics will post. A block of 15 rooms have been reserved in the name of Linda Birtles Pullen for Friday & Saturday. Reserve: Vienna Wolf Trap Motel, 430 Maple Ave., Vienna, VA (near Nutley Street), 1(800)541-5164; (703)281-2330. On Sun. after the 40th Reunion, a family cruise on the Potomac is being planned & will post as details are established. Tentative "guestimated" time from Old Town Alexandria is noon-1 P.M. to possibly 3:00. Reiterating, this is a family event to wind down a weekend of reunion events. We'd love to meet our classmates families at this fun, leisurely event.

Additional details We would love to be able to give all a specific price for all events surrounding the 40th Reunion but, due to late planning, we are a "work in progress". Due to our economic times, we are trying very hard to keep the cost to a minimum (we are NOT using a reunion co. & depend on ALL to help locate our '69 classmates). Just know that we are doing everything possible to keep this reunion at a minimal cost. Right now we need verbal responses to indicate intention, and we need to know the number attending. This is important because we have committed to the larger of 2 rooms at Marco Polo that can accommodate 80-160 people; the smaller, less than 80, seemed inadequate and limiting. We are almost to the minimum amt. but we need everybody's help in commitments and references to other classmates. Thank you.
