I'd like to go ahead and start forming a planning committee to get started on ideas for dates/locations/activities for our reunion next year. Hopefully, most of those on the committee would be able to get together a few times over the next year to hammer out details in person, but due to time and geographic constraints, most of the planning will likely be done via emails.
