| Location | disregard prior notice for July, the dates are August 7th 8th and 9th 2009 we are co hosting all alumni events with the class of 1984 inviting all other classes from the 1980's and early 90's to our mixer and family bbq. Our class dinners will be held separately and ours will be closed to the class of 1989 and their guests only. 1984 is inviting classes 1985 through 1988 to their dinner...all locations are TBA, the sooner we have payments in the sooner we can lock in locations, so please send your payments ASAP! $100--3 day passes for couples/families*** $75--3 day pass single attendence (Until June 1st 2009) after June 1st $125 couple/family*** $100 single ******************************************************** only attending one or two events? costs are as follows 8/7/09 Mixer....8pm-closing time Open to all SHS alumni and their guests, $15 per person 8/8/09 class of 1989 Dinner, (89' Only) $75 per person 8/8/09 class of 1984 Dinner (84 through 88) $75 per person 8/9/09 All Alumni BBQ--Open to all alumni from SHS, $10 per adult $5 per child (includes food/beverage/games/prizes and parking) *all events include food, souvenirs, entries for door prizes, entertainment checks or money orders now being accepted please make payable to "Sarah Love" 3205 87th St S. #123 Lakewood Wa. 98499 Please include on a separate sheet of paper your NAME GRAD YEAR # OF GUESTS INCLUDE CHILDREN AND AGES MAILING ADDRESS EMAIL ADDRESS PHONE NUMBER and please indicate if you want a paper or e-receipt sent to you 1984 has opted to invite all other classes from 1985 through 1988 to their dinner held also on August 8th 2009, if you are a member of these years, all rates also apply to you and your guests and payments can be mailed to me at the above address, please follow the instructions and indicate which receipt you would prefer and you will be added to the paid guest list. once your payment is received, a reunion packet will be sent to you which will contain all information regarding each event, check in process, hotel and car rental information, if you have pre paid your admission for any event your name is added to a paid guest list, all you would need to do the night of each event is check in at the registration desk and any extra tickets/bracelets will be given to you and your guests |

Pre paying helps me properly plan for you and your guests! ***the cost is PER alumni, a "couple" by definition is the alumni and their spouse/significant other, someone related to the alumni, tickets are non transferable and must be held by an alumni member, if coupled with someone from another class, both parties covered on the ticket must attend the same events, for instance, if someone from the class of 1984 is coupled with someone from 1989, they must both attend the same dinner, or pay the additional charge for their dinner, they cannot each attend their own dinners under the couples rate, if purchasing a ticket under the couples rate, only one alum's family would be covered under that rate, for instance, if a brother and sister come under the couple/family rate, they must both attend the same dinner, but when attending the bbq only one of the alumni's family would be covered under that rate, the other alumni's family would be charged the per adult/child rate. We are looking to make it a three day event, Friday the 24th of July, 2009- Mixer Sat. the 25th of July, 2009- Dinner Sun. the 26th of July, 2009- Salmon Bake! And family bowling after.
