They will provide us with the Rosewood I conference room (seats 78 people) and a private bar for $100, no minimum bar tab. We can have the conference room until midnight. You can get there whenever you want, I think a lot of us will be there by early afternoon. O'Leary's pub is also in this hotel, just down the hall. Discounted rates are available under...Colfax HS Reunion If we get 10-15 rooms, the rates will be... Double Beds = $76.46 plus tax Single Bed = $67.96 plus tax If we get more than 15 rooms, the rates drop to... Double or Single = $59.95 plus tax Once the hotel changes from Quality Inn to American Best Value Inn, they will no longer allow food and beverages to be brought in. So.... If you are interested in contributing money so food can be catered in, please let me know. They do have a catering company available, you can access their menus on their website. Go to www.abvicampusview.com , click on meetings & banquets, KP Katering, menus, desserts snacks & beverages (these are non-plate prices for 50ish people). We can also order in from Mancino's pizza. I can also email you menus from both businesses, just get your email to me. If you are interested in either of these options, please let me know. Please let me know if you are planning on attending and if so, if you are interested in getting food catered in and your preferences from the menu. We need to know if we want catering asap. If you are in contact with anyone from our class, please let them know about this "reunion" or get me their information and I will.
