Icebreaker at the Oasis on North Beach, 7pm. Cash bar. This is also "First Friday" in downtown Racine. No RSVP needed.

Sunday, July 4th - Free day. Good day to explore the Zoo, lakefront, downtown, Summerfest or Bristol Renaissance Faire.

Monday, July 5th - parade - area saved at Gateway starting at 9:00
- Live music at Festival Hall in the twilight hours
- Fireworks over the lakefront (from Festival Hall or wherever people want to be)

- The Marriott on Hwy 20 is offering to set up a block of rooms for $114 per night per room. Phone: 262-886-6100
- The Radisson Harbourwalk is offering a reduced rate. You must ask for the Horlick Class of 1980 Group rate. Call 262-632-7777.

Reunion dates are set. Friday July 1st, 2011 - Saturday July 2nd, and possibly July 4th, 2011 (Post Parade - at North Beach). Buckets Pub on Friday, with a picnic to follow on Saturday afternoon - location tbd. We are also thinking of a get together post parade down at the lakefront - more details to follow. We will not be sending out mailings. Classmates.com, Horlick Alumni and Facebook websites will be used. Pass the word and have people join one of these sites for updates. For all of those that want to help - for now, let's concentrate on getting the word out. There will be plenty to do as we get closer to 2011.
