Activity 40-YEAR REUNION PICNIC
Location Miller Park Pavilion (adjacent to the OC football field) 315 E. Groveland Dr, Oak Creek

Additional details BRING YOUR OWN picnic lunch, drinks, ice, cooler, lawn chairs, grill, etc. (Grills & picnic tables are at the park, but we can't be sure how many will be available.) If you don't want to fuss, you could just stop on your way & grab a sub or salad, etc. Come alone or bring the family! This is meant to be low-cost, stress-free and FUN!!!

Activities will be planned for those who care to participate. Miller Pond is stocked for the fishermen and/or grandchildren (yikes!) You'll need fishing equipment & license.

We have paid for pavilion rental and beer permit, and we'll be supplying cake, coffee, snacks, large-print (ha ha) name tags, '60's music, etc., and a donation box for anyone who cares to help out with expenses. Any monies leftover will be donated to a local Senior Living establishment (where some of us could be reuniting next???)

FLYER is attached for you to print and hand out, post, email, or US Mail to other '70 classmates you're in contact with. If you know of anyone who has passed on, please send us their name(s) so they can be included on our memory board.

FOR '70 GIRLS ONLY: Plans are in the making for Thurs-Fri. prior to the picnic for a girls-only get-together (because womenfolk have so much to talk about & we'll be better able to relax & enjoy the picnic after we've re-connected and talked over the cliff-hangers in our lives!!) Any women interest in all or part of the Girls-Only plans, please let us know ASAP!

We are looking forward VERY MUCH to seeing you all on Saturday, August 21st! RSVP is not necessary, but it sure would be nice to know how many are hearing about it and are planning to come.

I hope that all of you will be able to attend. We are currently working with the Four Points on the food and drink specifics, as well as a discounted room rate for all of you who may be coming from out of town, or just don\'t want to drive home. We will update you on this information as it becomes available to us.

In the meantime, please help us estimate the attendance by replying to this e-mail with the following information:

1.) Whether you would be interested in attending a reunion on that date; and
2.) Whether you would be bringing a spouse/date.

This information will greatly assist us in coming up with a cost for this event, so your reply is very important. Also, replying will let us know that your e-mail account is being used consistently.

Also, please continue the great job of spreading the word. We already have roughly 90 classmates in the database! Please continue to urge others to send their info to ochs91@yahoo.com or cscherer@andruslaw.com and send any other contact info you know of to either of those addresses as well.

Again, the more classmates we get to the Four Points on October 21st, the better it will be, so please spread the word.
